Westchase Community Association

Westchase Community Association, Inc. (WCA) is the homeowner's association for Westchase. The WCA is governed by a Board of Directors, elected by the Voting Members from Neighborhood Committees. The Board of Directors contracts with an association management company, Greenacre Properties, to provide property management services and handle the day-to-day affairs of the Association.

The Board of Directors meets the 2nd Thursday of each month at the WCA Office 10049 Parley Drive at 7:00 PM. There is a resident forum prior to the Board meeting. Residents are welcome to come with any comments or inquiries relating to the WCA.

Countryway S&T Center Parking Lot Upgrades

On Tuesday, March 9, 2010, the parking lot at the Countryway Swim & Tennis Center will be undergoing asphalt repairs. The following week, Wed - Sat, March 17-20, the parking lot wil be striped and sealed in two sections. As a result of these repairs, portions of the parking lot will be unavailable at various times. All work will be completed weather permitting.
 
Time Changes

The West Park Village Pool will be opening on May 3, 2010. The hours are: 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The Swim & Tennis Center on Countryway hours will be: 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. On May 30, 2010 the hours will be: 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
