Westchase falls under the jurisdiction of a number of different governing bodies. The two main governing bodies are the Westchase Community Association (WCA) and the Community Development Districts (CDDs). Residents are bound by multiple governing documents, as described further on the Governing Documents page.

Countryway S&T Center Parking Lot Upgrades

On Tuesday, March 9, 2010, the parking lot at the Countryway Swim & Tennis Center will be undergoing asphalt repairs. The following week, Wed - Sat, March 17-20, the parking lot wil be striped and sealed in two sections. As a result of these repairs, portions of the parking lot will be unavailable at various times. All work will be completed weather permitting.
 
Time Changes

The West Park Village Pool will be opening on May 3, 2010. The hours are: 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The Swim & Tennis Center on Countryway hours will be: 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. On May 30, 2010 the hours will be: 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
