The Board of Directors has the option to contract with a professional management company to handle the day-to-day operation of the community affairs and facilities. A series of management companies have been employed since Westchase was first incorporated. The current company, in place since 1998, is Greenacre Properties, Inc. (GPI). The Senior Community Manager is MaryJo LoCascio, AMS (Accredited Management Specialist). Charlotte Adams, is the Office Manager at Westchase. The Community Management Team performs the following duties:

* Prepares and sends the annual homeowners' assessment statements
* Pays WCA bills and maintains accurate financial records of WCA business
* Monitors resident properties for compliance with the Guidelines and sends out violation notices
* Prepares contracts for use with vendors and employees, hires and manages employees at the recreational facilities

and many other duties specified by contract and under the control and supervision of the Board of Directors.
