The purpose of the Variance Committee is to review any applications for variance when a modification application has been denied.  The Committee can only grant a variance under unique circumstances such as topography, natural obstructions, hardship or aesthetic or environmental considerations.  Committee members are appointed by the Voting Members.

In order to be considered for a variance, a resident must submit an application to the property manager's office within 10 days after the initial modification application is denied by the Modifications Committee.  There is a $50 application fee.
