The Westchase community is known for its world class amenities which include its two Swim & Tennis Centers centrally located within the community.  The main Swim & Tennis Center ("Countryway S&T Center") is located on Countryway Boulevard. 

The Operations Manager staff run their day-to-day operations out of this location. the office is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm year round  ready to serve the needs of residents and program participants.  The Countryway S&T Center boasts a heated 25 yard pool which features eight lanes, a shallow play area and a wading pool for toddlers and is home for Westchase Dolphins/TBAY  Aquatics competitive swim program. 

This exceptional Westchase swim program is led by Coach Kelley Allen, recently named Florida's Age Group "Coach of the Year". The heated community pool also offers the perfect blend of space for recreational swimming with a shallow end to wade into the pool from the steps plus a small toddler pool.  Strategically placed shade structures allow parents to watch swim lessons, supervise children or read in the shade while still enjoying being outside in the Florida sunshine.

The Swim Program offers Weschase Dolphins/TBAY competitive swimming, infant swimming lessons, private lessons, Masters Swim Program and TriGals.   

This multi-use S&T Center also features six lighted hard courts with a comprehensive Junior and Adult tennis program led by Tennis Director, Mike Larscheid.  The tennis courts are buzzing with activity and are home to recreational and USTA league play plus private lessons, clinics, after-school programs and summer camps.  At the Village location there are four (4) lit hard courts at this location. 

The West Park Village Swim & Tennis Center (Village S&T Center) is located in the heart of West Park Village next to the Management Office on Parley Drive.  The Village S&T Center pool is not heated and is open to residents and program participants on a seasonal basis May through October (dates determined annually based on weather). 

There is a covered shade area with fans, shade structures, toddler pool, bathrooms and an outdoor shower at the Village S&T Center.  The Westchase Dolphins/TBAY mainly utilize the Countryway S&T Center.  The Swim team uses the pool eary morning 7:00am to 10:00am and evening hours 4pm to 7pm for practice.

The Tennis Program offers Juniors and Adults Programs.  For Juniors there are after-school classes, summer camp, tournament play, private and group lessons.  Click Here for more information on Junior Tennis.

Only Westchase residents may enter the S&T Centers using the resident hand scanner for access. 

Bring your Settlement/Closing Statement or a current lease agreement with your name and the new Westchase address to the Countryway Swim & Tennis Center located at 10405 Countryway Boulevard along with a copy of your current driver's license with your Westchase address.  This will confirm your new resident status for the Swim & Tennis Center employees. 

Please bring all family members over 12 that you wish to have access to the pool, each hand will be scanned and linked to your new resident account.  You'll choose a 4-digit code to accompany your hand scan.  Thereafter, you will use the hand scanner and your 4-digit code to access both Swim & Tennis Pools and Tennis Courts
