Covenants Committee

The Covenants Committee enforces the deed restrictions outlined by the By-Laws, CCRs, and Residential Guidelines. It is a hearing tribunal with the power to levy fines. The Committee can also ask the WCA Board to approve other penalties for non-compliance including liens against property and foreclosure.

The Committee meets the first Monday of every month to review appeals at 5:30 PM at the WCA Office located at 10049 Parley Drive.
