Variance Committee

The purpose of the Variance Committee is to review any applications for variance when a modification application has been denied. The Committee can only grant a variance under unique circumstances such as topography, natural obstructions, hardship or aesthetic, environmental considerations and for ADA requirements. Committee members are appointed by the Voting Members.

In order to be considered for a variance, a resident must submit an application to the property manager’s office within 10 days after the initial modification application is denied by the Modifications Committee. There is a $150 non-refundable application fee.
