Seasonal Positions: May 25th – August 2nd, 2024
Summer Lifeguard:
Looking to Put your swimming skills to good use? Join our team as a Seasonal lifeguard. Gain skills in customer service, light facility and pool maintenance and leadership. This positions starts at $14 per hour minimum of 25 hours per week. Higher wages age commensurate based on additional certifications, type of work performed, and responsibilities related to the job. Must be minimum age of 16.
Camp Counselor:
Are you interested in creating a fun summer experience for youth ages 5-12? Come work with our summer camp team. Counselors will lead youth groups in outdoor, indoor, swimming, field trips and craft activities for an 11 week long camp session. This position will start at $13.50 per hour working 25 or 35 hours per week. Counselors will be scheduled Monday-Friday (holidays are included). Must be minimum age of 16; prefer aged 18 due to field trips requiring an adult.
Camp Director:
We are looking for dedicated camp professionals. This position will lead camp counselors and process all camp-related paperwork. It is the responsibility of this position to be sure that daily check-in/out and camp activities are carried out smoothly. Candidates must be 18 years or older. First aid and CPR certifications are required. This position will work closely with the Head Lifeguard and Facilities Manager. Camp Directors starts at $15 per hour; this is a 35 hour per week position. The directors will be scheduled Monday-Friday (holidays included). Higher wages are commensurate based on prior experience.
Year-Round Positions
Lifeguard:
Are you looking for the next step in your aquatics journey. Join our lifeguard team. This position is charged with the safety and service of all residents that enter our facilities. Light facility and pool maintenance, chemical monitoring and record keeping are also included in this position. Employees in this position may also be charged with leading seasonal Lifeguard and Camp counselors. This position salary ranges from $14-$17 per hour depending on relevant certifications. 25 or 35 hour positions are available; weekends and holidays are expected.
Courts Attendant:
Do you thrive in the field of customer service. Our Court Attendant position is responsible for assisting our residents with registrations, reservations, and sign in at our tennis court facilities. Monitoring the courts to enforce facility regulation and perform light maintenance are also duties of this position. This position starts at $13 per hour and is a 25 hour per week position; weekends and holidays are expected.
Head Lifeguard:
Are you an Aquatics Pro? Our head lifeguard is a position for the most dedicated Lifeguards. Maintaining all relevant paperwork and leading the facility staff are the main responsibilities of this position. This position will also work closely with the Camp Director and facilities manager to make sure operation are carried out without incident. Red Cross Lifeguard Certifications are required. CPO/AFO and Lifeguard instructor certifications are preferred. This position will also be charged with all the duties of a lifeguard position. This positions salary ranges from $15-$19 per hour depending on relevant certifications.
*all positions are part time. 25 hour positions and 35 hour positions are available. All positions assume weekend and holiday availability.

If hired, you will be required to complete a New Hire Packet, background screening and a drug test. If you are not currently certified as a lifeguard, the Facility Manager can get you certified – the course is performed over a two week period depending on schedule.
