Keswick Forest

Keswick Forest is one of Westchase’s 29 neighborhoods and is located on Countryway Boulevard just South of Linebaugh Avenue and directly across from the Countryway Swim & Tennis Center. Keswick Forest features a quaint wooden footpath from the Westchase sidewalk into the neighborhood as its streets wind through mature trees and landscaping. Most homes in this neighborhood back to conservation or pond views. The streets in this mature neighborhood include: Ashville Drive, Chambers Drive and Keswick Place. Voting Members are elected biennially by the Neighborhood Residents at the Neighborhood Meeting which is typically held in December/February of every other year. If you are interested in getting involved as a Voting or Alternate Voting Member, please contact the Westchase Community Association and ask to be included in the next election. Westchase is always looking for more dedicated, civic-minded volunteers.
