Summer Camp

Welcome to Westchase Summer Camp. This year we will be splashing into summer with our water wonder camp theme.  We will be exploring different aquatic environments and the animals that live there through crafts, gaming experiences and field trips.  Book your spot today.

Westchase’s summer swim & activity camp begins June 2nd and operates for a 10 week season ending on August 8th. Children aged 5 through 12 may participate in our program. The child MUST be at least 5 at TIME OF REGISTRATION. You will be required to submit a Waiver (include child’s birth certificate and parent photo ID as proof of parent/guardianship and child’s age), camper registration form, and a signed Camp Policies document. Weekly field trips for weeks 1 through 9 will take place each Thursday at an additional cost of $30 per child to be paid in advance of the trip so we can get a proper head count of attendees. Only those children enrolled in that week of camp can attend a field trip.

REGISTRATION ENDS THE MONDAY PRIOR TO THE WEEK OF CAMP. BE SURE TO MAKE PAYMENT AND SUBMIT ALL REQUIRED FORMS TO THE COUNTRYWAY OFFICE NO LATER THAN MONDAY BY 4PM . CHILDS REGISTRATION IS NOT GUARENTEED UNTIL ALL DOCUMENTS AND FORMS ARE UPLOADED TO YOUR COGRAN REGISTRATION ACCOUNT!

Camp Activities:
Swimming, Kickball, Arts & Crafts, Weekly Field Trips, Board Games, Movies, Dodgeball, Coloring…
For all kids age 5-12 (campers will be split by age)

Times:
Full Day: 8:00am-6:00pm
Half Day AM: 8:00am-1:00pm
Half Day PM: 1:00pm-6:00-pm
*Early drop off starts at 7:30am

Pricing:
Half Days: Resident $80/wk
Non Resident $104/wk
Full Days: Resident $160/wk
Non Resident $208/wk
Field Trip: (optional): $30
Late Pickups: will incur a $20 fee per every 15 minutes late

What to Bring:

  • Swimsuit
  • Towel

  • Lunch (Not needed for PM)
  • Snacks (Full Day & AM will have Two snack times)
  • Change of Clothes

  • Please Note: Full day campers will swim twice throughout the day. Field trips are OPTIONAL and are an additional $30. REGISTRATION FOR FIELD TRIPS ENDS THE MONDAY PRIOR TO THE FIELD TRIP. Field trips are every Thursday from 10am-4pm, everyone can register even if the camper is half day. For the AM participants, the child MUST be picked up immediately after the field trip at 4pm.
