Berkeley Square

Berkeley Square is one of Westchase’s 33 Neighborhoods located off Countryway Boulevard South of Linebaugh Avenue. This neighborhood features maintenance free townhomes in a quaint and intimate setting. Conveniently located on the corner of Countrway Boulevard and Linebaugh Avenue in the Heart of Westchase and close to the Publix Supermarket Center. The Berkeley Square townhomes are located in a picturesque circle on Berkeley Square Drive. Voting Members are elected biennially by the Neighborhood Residents at the Neighborhood Meeting which is typically held in December/February of every other year. If you are interested in getting involved as a Voting or Alternate Voting Member, please contact the Westchase Community Association and ask to be included in the next election. Westchase is always looking for more dedicated, civic-minded volunteers!

Several Neighborhoods in Westchase have sub-Associations that govern them as well as being governed by the Westchase Community Association. Berkeley Square has its own Homeowner’s Association which is considered a sub-association. Berkeley Square residents pay Westchase Homeowner’s Association dues plus Berkeley Square monthly maintenance.
