Summary of Agenda Items:

    • Michiel Oostenbrink – Board Updates
    • Rick Goldstein – Guest Speaker:  Joshua Bellotti – Hillsborough Co. Update on Public Works
    • Joshua Bellotti is not able to make the meeting
    • Kim Myer, Assistant County Administrator of Public Works will be attending in his absence.
        • Appoint Alternate VMs to Bridges (Dawn Gingrich) and Woodbay (Cal Hargreaves)
        • VM elections did not meet quorum and require VM body appointment
        • Vote on INSG Amendments – see attached documentation
        • Barry Anderson – Consider Amending CCR’s Re: Leasing of Homes
        • Summary:I would like to discuss the need for changes to our CCR’s as they pertain to the Leasing of Units.  Specifically, are there better ways to insure that owner occupied properties retain their values while also affording property owners the opportunity to use their properties for investment purposes? I will disseminate to all VM’s at least seven days prior to the January VM Meeting a background document of salient information so as to focus discussion at the meeting.  (20 mins)
