Attn: West Park Village residents:

The final West Park Village Parking Restrictions approved by Public Works and the Fire Marshall will be available for review in the WCA office at 10049 Parley Drive.

The updated plans includes FIRE LANE signage requested by Fire Rescue, dropping the sign vertical heights to 5.0’, and removing parking restrictions by condensing the number of signs at all corners. Please note: the aesthetics will be completed separately and afterwards by the CDD to blend with the rest of WPV signage.

Brompton Drive will be removed from the implementation phase 1 and Public Works will work directly with those homeowners separately.  This NO PARKING signage will be (12” x 18” – see notes in lower left of each plan sheet) with FIRE LANE plaque below (12” x 6”).  Just notice FIRE LANE must be added as bottom plaque. See depiction of signage.

Traffic Operations has provided a date of Friday, March 28, 2025, for completion of the work activities.  Public Works would like to provide advance notice to let the community be aware of the crews out there and what they are accomplishing with exception to Brompton Drive [which will be reviewed in Phase 2 and in connection with the Brompton Residents].  This is expected to take the full day.

If you have questions regarding the signs or implementation, please contact Rick Goldstein [GAC Liaison to the Board] 813-340-8581 or Dyan Pithers [Alt. VM for WPV SFH] 813 601 2926.
