MEETING HAS BEEN POSTPONED TO A FUTURE DATE AS OF AUG 21 AT THE REQUEST OF THE TREASURER

There will be a Special Board of Directors Meeting on Aug 27, 2024 at 6:30PM to be held at the Countryway Activity Room located at  10405 Countryway Blvd. The meeeting is to discuss candidates for property management following last weeks Managment Company interviews.

Are you interested in taking a more active role in your community?  Please consider running for the Westchase Board of Directors!  Four positions are up for election to a 2 year term on the 7 member WCA Board at 6:45pm on Tuesday, September 10th, at the Westchase Swim & Tennis Center located at 10405 Countryway Blvd.

Running is easy. If you want to run, just show up at the night of the elections and you may “run from the floor”.  The deadline for submitting a bio for candidacy was Aug 9th.

All candidates will be given the chance to speak for three minutes and answer three questions from the Westchase voting members.

The West Park Village Pool will be closed beginning August 12th for deck repairs and resurfacing of the pools. During this time, the tennis courts will be open for use, but there will be no access to the restrooms due to concerns over resident safety while repairs are underway. You must check in with the lifeguard at the office for your reservation. We are anticipating the pool closure to last at least 4-6 weeks. Please utilize the pool at Countrway at 10405 Countryway Blvd, located behind the firestation south of Linebaugh.

The next Voting Members Meeting will be on Sept 10, 2024 @ 6:30pm at the Swim & Tennis Center, 10405 Countryway Blvd
