2026 ASSESSMENT NOTICE 

This is a notice to let you know that the Westchase Community Association annual dues are coming up on January 1st, 2026.  The new assessment will be $477.00.

(Please note that this is for the Westchase MASTER HOA and not any sub association assessments.  If you have a sub association, please contact that management company to get their 2026 assessments.)
Please ensure that you verify your owner portal at Home.Inframark.com is up to date with your email and phone number.  On your portal, you will be able to view your account, pay your assessment, view governing documents, submit requests, and even submit an ARC (Architectural) Modification form for exterior home changes.
If you have setup prior autopayments in the past prior to July 2025, you MUST CANCEL those and setup your new autopay accounts through the Bank.  Your prior autopayments made last year will not carry over into 2026 and your account will become delinquent for non-payment.  Ensure that you have the correct adjusted rates as they can change year over year.
You can pay your assessment through your owner portal at Home.Inframark.com or by the using the following methods listed below.
Pay by Portal: Home.Inframark.com (If you experience any issues, please contact us at 813-926-6404 to help you get registered.)
Pay Online: You can pay through your own bank if they have an online payment system.
Pay by Phone: By calling 844-739-2331 (M-F 7am -5pm – excluding holidays with a $4.95 processing fee.)
Pay by Check: You can pay by check or mail order by mailing your payment to Westchase Community Association, c/o Inframark, P.O. Box 621747, Orlando, FL 32862-1747.  (INCLUDE YOUR ACOCUNT # ON YOUR CHECK PAYMENT)
Pay Online using Alliance Bank: Go to https://pay.westernalliancebank.com and enter the Management ID, Association ID and Account Number found on your coupon statement.
You should’ve received your budget mailer in the mail along with your coupon statement identifying your account number.  Please ensure your payments include your account number if you decide to pay via online banking or via physical check.  In the mailer, there was an online link directly to our Alliance bank for payments that inadvertently was changed by the bank.  The corrected link is https://pay.westernalliancebank.com.  If you have any questions, please contact management at the WCA Office at 11049 Parley Drive, Tampa, FL 33626 or via phone at 813-926-6404 (M-F 9am – 5pm).

The Board/Voting Member Budget Workshop scheduled for Saturday, November 8th from 1pm to 4pm will take place at the Countryway Activity Room located at 10405 Countryway Blvd., Tampa, FL 33626. This is a discussion for the DRAFT Budget review which is scheduled for the next Board meeting on Thursday, November 13th at 6pm at WPV Office located at 10049 Parley Drive, Tampa,. FL 33626.
